All manufacturers recommend that you service your Scooter once a year.

I follow a service checklist to ensure all parts, and especially the critical parts of your Mobility Scooter are in a safe working order, and also you will be left a copy for your own records.

Common areas that need to be maintained or replaced include:

• Batteries
• Electromagnetic brakes
• Motor including brushes
• The drive chain and mounts
• Wheels and tyres ( Punctures )

• Brakes
• Bearings
• Lighting
• Control / tillers
• Adjusting mechanisms
• Wiring
• Upholstery / trim
• Panels / Bodywork

If any major faults are discovered during the service, I will advise you and provide a FREE ESTIMATE prior to any repair work being carried out.

Should your mobility scooter require a little more attention than I am are able to offer on the day, I will carefully transport it to my workshop for further investigation and repair.Where repairs are likely to take more than 48 hours I can provide a courtesy mobility scooter free of charge.Once restored to full working order, and tested for safety, I will deliver your mobility scooter straight back to you.
